No recordings by default
Calls become searchable transcripts, not stored audio. You get every word in text — your callers' voices aren't sitting in a bucket somewhere.
Trust & privacy
A receptionist speaks in your company's name. That's a job you don't hand to something that guesses, records everything, or stretches the truth. Here is the standard Autonofy holds.
Calls become searchable transcripts, not stored audio. You get every word in text — your callers' voices aren't sitting in a bucket somewhere.
No invented prices. No made-up availability. No booking claimed unless your calendar actually confirms it. When she doesn't know, she says exactly what happens next and texts you the question.
By default she introduces herself as your automated receptionist and tells the truth if anyone asks. Your customers are never tricked into thinking they reached a human.
Checkout and billing run entirely through Stripe. Card numbers never reach Autonofy's servers. Cancel any time — there's no contract.
Calendar tokens and transfer numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Calendar access is optional, scoped to availability and events, and revocable by you at any moment.
Autonofy answers the phone. It never cold-calls, never telemarkets, and never uses your line or your customer list for outreach of any kind.
You decide what counts as an emergency and who gets woken up. Escalation follows your rule, not a call-center script — and Autonofy is not an emergency service.
Rule changes are included in every plan. When your prices, coverage, or crew change, tell us once and the receptionist changes with you.
The full legal detail lives in the privacy policy and terms of service. Questions a page can't answer? [email protected] — or call and ask the receptionist herself.
